The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Coordinate order picking and packing processes to ensure timely fulfillment. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies. Collaborate with e-commerce teams to streamline order processing and delivery. Train and supervise warehouse staff in best practices for safety and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred. Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and inventory management. Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory tracking. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus. Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping procedures. Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus.
