As Warehouse Operations you will be responsible for supporting and working closely with the Purchasing and Warehouse Manager, ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and operation of our warehouse. Your expertise, computer skill, organizational skills and commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of our residential services division.

Key Responsibilities:
Organizing:

You will assist with organizing the warehouse. Parts and supplies need to be kept in order.

Communication:

You will need to communicate with the warehouse manager, vendors and other employees to help keep projects supplied.

Customer Service:

Interact with residential clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing expert advice on issues.

Shipping and receiving:

You will be primary per for receiving and shipping material to and from our warehouse.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

Inventory Management:

Assist with Managing inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available for projects and maintaining accurate records of usage and expenses.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including work orders, invoices, and permits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Continuing Education:

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through training and professional development opportunities.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other supervisors, managers, and support staff to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Specific Qualifications:
