Warehouse Supervisor Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating work between various departments, formulating and revising management systems, and improving processes to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth coordination between departments. Formulate and revise management systems for warehouse receipt and delivery, as well as operational processes. Develop and implement improvements to various processes and standards for effective warehouse management. Establish standardized logistics and warehousing operation reports, providing timely feedback on operations. Plan and manage warehouse layout effectively, optimizing storage space for each sub-warehouse. Develop and implement standards for labeling, fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, and accuracy management of materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management. Ability to analyze data and generate reports. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in warehousing and logistics. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. 5 or more years of work experience as a supervisor Professional knowledge in photovoltaics Understanding of the processes in the warehousing and logistics department, and possess certain leadership skills, judgment and decision-making abilities, coordination skills, interpersonal communication skills, and planning and execution abilities. Capable of effectively utilizing various resources Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
