$30.9K – $37K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Mid-level High school diploma or GED Driver’s License Leadership Communication skills Full Job Description The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory, shipments, transfers, and supplies by supervising the warehouse team in receiving, storing, and delivering all warehoused items as ordered and sold. A Warehouse Supervisor must also be able to direct and monitor clean and safe warehouse working conditions. The Warehouse Supervisor must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must have the ability to work as a team.
Responsibilities:
Receiving, unloading, and staging inventory. Responsible for assigning task and responsibilities to warehouse clerks. Responsible for Scheduling PTO, reviewing time, and payroll for warehouse clerks. Meets all warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to support strategic plans and reviews, while providing excellent customer service through order fulfillment, shipping, delivery, or customer pick-up. Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from the warehouse by coordinating inventory transfers between all branches. Maintain storage area by organizing floor space and adhering to approved storage design with recommendations for improvements and increased efficiency. Reports all departmental injuries immediately to the Branch Manager. Monitor safety equipment and health screenings for all department personnel. Performs all other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
