Job Description
Sunday – Thursday 9:30pm – 5:30am
You Will:
You will process and update information, training and tools for supervisory and clerical employees. You will create a safe, clean, and efficient work environment that ensures quality and cost-effective handling of CFF’s finished product. You will coordinate all phases of Shipping Department operations with all other departments to maximize efficiency and quality plant wide. You will create picking lists from sales order STO, top sheets from STO’s and PO’s, confirming authorized shipments into and out of warehouse. You will compare identifying information and counts/weights against incoming and outgoing shipments to verify the accuracy of all receiving and shipping documents for authorized shipments (picking lists, top sheets, trailer inspection forms, inbound/outbound bill of ladings). You will verify bill of lading matches warehouse documentation, STO’s, PO’s and picking lists. You will verify inventory availability and schedule/confirm pick up/delivery appointments. You will follow up on late, no-show appointments, trailer needs, material issues. You will communicate issues and follow up with replenishment planners, transportation and customer service representatives. You will maintain good relationship with carriers and customers.
Qualifications:
Must be available to work all shifts. Two+ years of experience. Must have operations math experience such as frequency distribution, test reliability, variance. Must wear all required PPE.
Compensation:
Pay Range:
$42,000-$55,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
