The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Supervisor to join ourteam and be part of something great. This position offers acompetitive salary, bonus potential, and a benefits package after30 days. As a Supervisor, you will take the final step beforemanaging your own site, learning to represent Capstone with ourPartners, managing day-to-day activities with associates, andensuring that safety and productivity are always prioritized. Youmay be asked to run portions of the business or perhaps an entireshift. This is the training opportunity to hone the skillsnecessary to run your own site. DailyResponsibilities:

Run the site with safety and efficiency aspriorities. Communicate daily with associates about service levels,accountability, pay, and performance. Create daily work logs andtransmit them to corporate. Audit daily labor and billing reports.

Ensure customer needs are met daily. Document and resolve anycustomer service or associate issues. Ensure all associates followCapstone policies and safety work rules. Hold weekly safetymeetings and ensure associate participation. Assist in managing thesite and departmental budget. Schedule associate shifts based oncustomer requirements. Interview, hire, and train new associates.

Supervise timely and accurate data entry for all servicesperformed. Complete daily closeout tasks, including cash balancing,data upload, and payroll record administration, according toCapstone policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in anindustrial setting. Proven experience in providing high levels ofcustomer service to internal and external customers. Ability tomake decisions, problem-solve, prioritize assignments, and directthe workforce in an ever-changing warehouse environment. Ownershipof your business, ensuring the highest standards of safety,productivity, and customer service are exceeded every day. Abilityto train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Strongorganization and prioritizing skills. Ability to perform multipletasks simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and the ability tomake effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. IntermediatePC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Education and/or

Experience:

Warehousing, logistics, supply chain,or third-party experience preferred. BS/BA Degree or AssociateDegree with equivalent experience is a plus but not required.

Proven track record in supervising warehouse employees, includinghiring, training, and termination. Experience managing budgets andthe ability to create and maintain various management reports.

Excellent aptitude in estimating rates and performing mentalarithmetic while multitasking.

Physical Requirements:

Ability tostand for long periods. Ability to safely operate material handlingequipment as needed. Ability to work in a warehouse environment onconcrete flooring and in varying temperatures. Ability to lift upto 75 lbs.
