Inventory Operations Stock Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Inventory Operations Stock Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the efficient flow of inventory within the Inventory Operations Department. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
Internal Stock Management:
Overseeing the movement of stock within the department, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
Stock Transfers:
Coordinating the transfer of stock between different locations or departments, managing the logistics and documentation involved.
Cycle Counts:
Conducting regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Laundry and Damage Control:
Managing the laundry process for applicable items and overseeing the handling of damaged goods.
Product Recalls:
Coordinating the recall of products in compliance with company policies.
Online Order Prioritization:
Ensuring the timely processing and fulfillment of priority online orders to meet customer expectations.
Inventory Optimization:
Implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality Ability to carry and/or lift at least 25 pounds Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience working in retail and/or operations Experience working with Apparel Magic, Shopify, or similar platforms Interest and knowledge in swimwear and fashion
