Order Fulfillment Lead United Perfumes Miramar, FL 33025 Order Fulfillment Lead Job Summary The Order Fulfillment Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the order fulfillment process, ensuring that all customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time while maintaining the highest quality and efficiency standards. This role involves leading and supervising the packing team, monitoring their productivity, and ensuring adherence to company policies regarding efficiency, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, knowledge of perfume brands, fragrances, and packaging requirements is essential to ensure proper handling and shipment of products. Given that most of the staff communicates in Spanish, fluency in the language is required. Key Responsibilities 1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Lead, train, and oversee the packing team to optimize efficiency in the fulfillment process. Monitor team performance, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. Ensure all orders are properly packed, labeled, and meet customer specifications. Verify that packaging methods prevent product damage during transit. Maintain stock levels of packing materials and coordinate replenishments as needed. Ensure perfume products are handled and packed correctly to maintain product integrity. 2. Warehouse Organization & Inventory Management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to enhance workflow efficiency. Assist with inventory counts and ensure stock organization to support order accuracy. Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or other stock issues. 3. Compliance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Enforce warehouse safety regulations, operational policies, and best practices. Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance productivity. Promptly report issues such as order delays, damaged merchandise, or process disruptions to the warehouse manager. Maintain accurate records of fulfilled orders and any incidents affecting order processing. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse management, or a similar role. Experience leading teams and enhancing productivity in fulfillment operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environments. Proficiency in order management systems and basic computer applications. Capability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary (up to 50 lbs). Fluency in Spanish is required due to the predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce. Knowledge of perfume brands, fragrances, and packaging requirements to ensure proper handling. Physical & Working Conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts. Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend shifts based on demand. Overtime may be required during peak business periods.
