Key Responsibilities:

Safely erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding using correct material handling and lift techniques Maintain organized and clean job sites, warehouses, and vehicles Load and transport scaffold materials using safe and proper procedures Follow specific instructions and construction project guidelines Take initiative when identifying and addressing safety hazards Communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers, supervisors, and customers Uphold safety standards and comply with OSHA regulations Support overall job site efficiency and maintain a productive work environment

Foreman-Specific Duties:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations on job sites Interpret blueprints and ensure project specs are met Order and track materials and supplies Use construction management software tools Maintain high-quality control across all phases of work Lead team meetings and safety briefings, fostering a strong team culture

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Experience in the construction or scaffold industry preferred Blueprint reading skills (Foreman role) Strong reliability and work ethic Comfortable with physical labor, heights, and outdoor work Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Capable of working efficiently under pressure and in dynamic environments Willingness to learn new concepts and adopt innovative practices Proficient problem-solving skills
