Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse to ensure efficient and accurate handling, storage, and distribution of inventory. This role manages a team of warehouse associates and is accountable for maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping. Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates. Oversee the processing of incoming shipments and ensure goods are properly inspected and stored. Ensure that outgoing orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Collaborate with operations, customer service, and marketing departments to meet order deadlines and promotional campaign needs. Evaluate and optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and coordinate any needed repairs. Prepare reports on warehouse metrics such as accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google and Office applications . Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Knowledge of shipping software and logistics (e.g., Shipstation). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Forklift certification a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of inventory and fulfillment practices for eCommerce and wholesale distribution. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
