⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Warehouse Lead- Start up Role with Growth Potential (Punta Gorda) Rubicon Flood 28271 Woodlawn Ave compensation: $19-$25/hr depending on skills and experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Warehouse Lead Rubicon Flood Control is a fast-growing company launching a new distribution center in Punta Gorda. We manufacture and distribute modern aluminum flood protection systems and are looking for a hands-on, reliable warehouse lead to join us on day one. This is an opportunity to get in at the ground level of an essential business with long-term growth potential. ???? What You’ll Do Cut aluminum flood panels to size using power tools (saws, drills, etc.) Drill holes, cut rubber gaskets, and prepare kits for shipment Organize and manage incoming inventory and outgoing shipments Accurately track and maintain inventory using inventory management software Develop and refine warehouse workflows as we scale In time, train additional warehouse staff and oversee implementation of our systems ???? What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience in a warehouse, shop, or production environment Comfortable using power tools and handling aluminum products Highly organized, able to maintain a clean and efficient workspace Strong understanding of inventory control and labeling systems Able to think on your feet and solve problems without constant supervision Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Clear communicator — you’ll help train others as the team grows ⚙️
