We have an excellent opportunity for a Distribution Center Coordinator in our Jacksonville Distribution Center. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible to: 1
- Communicate with customers in person and by telephone in entering orders under automation system controls. 2
- Assist in pricing of quotes and orders under automation system controls. 3
- Responsible for balancing daily invoice edit. 4
- Audit open order reports weekly. 5
- Develop and assist in the management of the furnish and install programs at the Distribution Center level. 6
- Assist in ordering product for the Distribution Center and maintain automation system inventory control procedures. 7
- Assist customers in picking up product from the Distribution Center and ensure proper paperwork requirements are attained. 8
- Assist in the supervision of warehouse operations personnel. 9
- Unload products received from manufacturing plants.
10-Be familiar with and assist in credit policies and help to monitor customer current credit status.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications 1. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or combination of experience and education. 2. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience along with the skills to be a self starter. 3. Forklift experience/certification is preferred. 4. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a routine basis. 5. Good computer skills. 6. Outstanding customer service skills.
