Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Supervisor Pickle Holding LLC Jacksonville, FL 32256 At Olive My Pickle , we craft probiotic-rich, naturally fermented foods that people (and their guts) love! As the sister company to The Pickle Factory , we’re in major growth mode—currently shipping over 3,800 packages a week nationwide —and moving into a new, larger facility on Phillips Hwy & Baymeadows. We need a hands-on, positive Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to start ASAP and help guide this exciting warehouse transition. What You’ll Do:

Lead daily shipping, receiving & inventory operations. Manage fulfillment of 3,800+ packages weekly via ShipStation (REQUIRED) . Use Shopify & Wherefour (preferred) for orders & inventory. Motivate and develop a small, energetic warehouse team. Manage inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy. Oversee the logistics of materials handling, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Solve problems, improve processes, and help plan our new warehouse setup. Keep the space clean, organized & safe—even during transition.

What You Bring:

3+ years warehouse/shipping leadership (REQUIRED). ShipStation expertise (MUST HAVE). Shopify & Wherefour knowledge (preferred). Strong leadership & team-building skills.
