ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintain, grow, and expand productivity within the department.
• Accurately project and achieve production goals.
• Oversee and conduct training of warehouse staff to increase efficiency.
• Adhere to the Company’s quality standards and safety requirements.
• Manage the quality and performance of personnel in the department
• Maintain department-wide and individual production/performance records
• Monitor productivity and assist department employees as necessary.
• Determine and oversee distribution of supplies and materials for use in department.
• Assist Operations Manager in adhering OSHA regulations and ensure department-wide compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
• Maintain a full technical understanding of entering/pulling data via Inventory Management System
• Responsible for inventory/purchasing management via Inventory Management System
• Maintain proficiency in the operation and technical aspects of all production equipment and software, maintaining a solid working relationship with all outside vendors who support such equipment and technology.
