Warehouse Supervisor Position Available In Duval, Florida

StaffBright is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record of leading teams, optimizing warehouse operations, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a motivated, productive team environment that aligns with company values and client expectations. Coordinate inventory control, shipping/receiving, and layout organization to optimize space utilization and streamline workflow efficiency. Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Need From You:

3+ years of warehouse and inventory operations experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a solid foundation in supervisory responsibilities. Hands-on expertise in inventory management systems and the ability to design, implement, and document warehouse procedures from the ground up. Familiarity with transportation regulations, especially concerning hazardous materials such as lithium-ion batteries, ensuring safety and compliance. Exceptional organizational skills and sharp attention to detail, with a proactive approach to process improvement and team leadership

All-Star Skillset:

Industry knowledge in battery storage, handling, or distribution, with an understanding of safety and compliance best practices. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced inventory control software to track, optimize, and report on warehouse activity.
