Ensure productivity, accuracy, and quality standards are met or exceeded. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback or coaching as needed. The role is hands-on, and it often involves working long hours, particularly as project deadlines approach. Enforce safety protocols and promote a clean and organized work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1+ years as a team lead Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods Forklift experience preferred Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English and Spanish
