Job Description:

This is an opportunity to participate in a fast track program where you will be afforded the opportunity to learn the industry under accomplished leaders who will be focused on assisting you with furthering your career. A program that focuses on developing the associate in the following areas. Technical skills / process knowledge Information & process control systems Supervisory experience Management training curriculum Process improvement project work Presentation & communication skills Travel to various Breakthru Beverage sites to study, learn and assist with procedural best practice initiatives. Qualifications Recent college graduate class of 2025 or senior graduating no later than May 2026 Associates will be assigned to either Warehousing or Distribution based on their interests and talents. Those assigned to Warehousing will spend approximately 18 months in operations followed by 6 months in Distribution. Associates assigned to Distribution will spend approximately 18 months in various areas related to delivery followed by 6 months in Warehousing. It is an accelerated program so your specific timetable in each area will depend on your growth and development in preparation for the next assignment. Approximately 40% of your time will be spent on process improvement projects along with development and training assignments. The remaining 60% of your time will be spent working in front line supervisory or staff positions.
