The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and all inventory. The Warehouse Associate will be the central point for all shipping and receiving. Must be organized and be able to efficiently work on multiple projects, completing all paperwork that is required in a timely manner. Also responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, and internal customers. Your efforts directly impact the success of RMC’s operations and ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers.
Requirements Requirements:
Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive) Coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse. Effectively track inventory. Organize stocks. Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts, passenger vehicles, Point of contact for all receiving. Inspect deliveries for defects and /or damages and report any findings to the appropriate vendor. Managing vendor returns. Maintain the tool room and manage assets. Updating the inventory and record all transactions in a timely manner to ensure accuracy. Maintain an OSHA and RMC compliant warehouse. Pick up or deliver materials as needed.? Travel as needed.? Required knowledge, skills, and abilities? Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment Experience in warehouse management Experience using inventory management systems.? Experience running reports and creating queries? Familiarity with industry specific terminology and equipment. Excellent written, verbal and listening interpersonal skills Organization and planning Multi-tasking Microsoft Office Suite Time management Attention to detail Outgoing & Charismatic Personality Problem Solving Clear and concise communication Education and Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. OSHA 10 Certification is required.? Forklift certification.? Minimum one year of related experience.? Physical requirements? Required to stand, walk, and sit.
