Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a reliable and results-driven Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations at our distribution center in Tampa, Florida. This individual will streamline warehouse processes, motivate and lead staff, and ensure compliance and efficiency from receiving to shipping. You’ll collaborate closely with our Operations Manager and Logistics team and work cross-functionally to maintain high standards in inventory accuracy, safety, and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping Optimize warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization Implement and enforce operational and safety procedures in line with company standards Maintain compliance with health, safety, and shipping regulations (OSHA, etc.) Monitor inventory levels and reconcile against WMS systems Supervise, coach, and motivate warehouse associates Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery Gather performance feedback and continuously improve service quality Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 21 years old Must pass a background check Comfortable working with nicotine and vape-related products Minimum 1 year of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of shipping, inventory control, and logistics Familiarity with OSHA and warehouse safety compliance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods Forklift certification (or willingness to complete company-sponsored certification within 30 days of hire) Preferred Qualifications 3-5+ years of warehouse or fulfillment leadership in a fast-paced logistics/distribution environment Experience optimizing layout, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train, supervise, and inspire teams Proficiency in WMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills Company Culture & Values At Leaf Distro, we value transparency, accountability, and momentum.
