Fleet Maintenance Leader Liner Source Inc 21102 State Road 44, Eustis, FL 32736 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring that all vehicles are operating safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of mechanics and technicians. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance for fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues in vehicles and recommend appropriate repairs. Oversee the repair process, including aligning, fabricating, and repairing components as necessary. Manage records of vehicle maintenance history, including repairs performed on diesel engines, HVAC systems, shocks, struts, and other critical components. Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks. Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies needed for vehicle maintenance. Ensure that all fleet vehicles are maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Experience Proven experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair and automotive diagnostics is essential. Experience in aligning, fabricating, and repairing various vehicle components is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
