Warehouse Lead Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to join our team within the blending department, focusing on both raw materials and finished goods. Will be handling the logistics of raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production floor. Working with Operators, Material Handlers, and Receiving Analyst to coordinate the transfer of materials and goods. Responsibilities Manage inventory control to ensure accurate tracking of materials and goods. Oversee the shipping and receiving processes to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Supervise warehouse operations and staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently. Coordinate picking and packing activities to meet production and delivery deadlines. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and shipments. Qualifications Experience as a Warehouse lead or Warehouse Supervisor Proven experience in shipping and receiving. Expertise in inventory control and warehouse management. Proficiency in operating forklifts. Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively. Experience with RF scanners. Strong organizational and time management skills. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leesburg, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr.
