Page Field (FMY), an FAA-designated reliever airport, provides services to general and business aviation and accommodated 169,000 aircraft operations in 2024. Base Operations at Page Field is an award-winning fixed-based operator and has been recognized for its customer service and facilities.

Terminal Expansion projects are currently underway at RSW to improve the airport travel experience by consolidating the security checkpoints, adding concession space, and providing passengers with more amenities and options. In addition, a new Concourse E is being constructed with 14 gates, as well as other terminal, landside, and airside improvements.

The anticipated hourly starting rate for the ideal candidate is between $23.79 and $28.55.The Position Are you a skilled maintenance or administrative professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the aviation industry? The Lee County Port Authority is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Resources team. This position supports the Fleet and Equipment Supervisor and the fleet mechanics team by creating and tracking work orders, assisting with planning and scheduling, ordering and maintaining the parts storeroom, and collaborating with vendors to obtain necessary quotes and schedule work.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Key Responsibilities Prepares purchase requisitions, tracks orders and invoices, and assists the Maintenance Supervisor in creating work order procedures and scheduling repairs/inspections with internal departments and external vendorsResearches and orders parts, reviews work order statuses, assists with fixed asset inventory, and the fuel management systemManages the storeroom and material distribution, ensuring compliance, Completes safety training, transports materials, escorts personnel, and operates a forklift if neededMay require working various shifts or weekends
