Parts Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Coordinator Position Available In Manatee, Florida

Job Description:

Purpose:

Performs customer service and stocking duties relatedto the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories thatcontribute to the efficient and profitable operation of thedealership. Assist the Parts Manager on managing the shipping &receiving department personnel.

Responsibilities:

Places machinedown and stock ordered parts as needed for parts & servicedepartments in a timely manner Assists the Parts Manager or SiteManager with merchandising displays by re-stocking showroominventory Verifies receiving and receipting-in of parts shipmentsMonitors shortages and expedites processing through reporting toParts Manager Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderlySupplies service technicians with parts as required Posts freightto work orders or counter tickets as needed for parts orders &transfers

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

Basic dataentry/keyboarding skills Ability to order parts in JDPOINT orVendor websites, receipt and invoice parts in PFW business systemas required by their department Manager Ability to work in a teamenvironment Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. HighSchool diploma or equivalent experience Forklift licenserequired
