What You’ll Be Doing:
Route Settlement:
You’ll be the go-to person for our drivers as they return, efficiently completing their route settlements and ensuring everything balances out perfectly. Banking on
Accuracy:
You’ll handle customer payments with care, using a check scanner to make deposits and keep our finances flowing smoothly.
Excellent Organization:
Your spreadsheet skills will be put to great use as you meticulously track deposits and any driver discrepancies, providing clear and concise reports.
End-of-Day:
You’ll be responsible for running the End of Day procedure in Encompass, a key step in our daily operations.
Customer Service:
You’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate customer information and setting up new accounts as needed.
Problem Solver:
Got an invoice that doesn’t quite add up? You’ll dive in, research the variance, and help us get to the bottom of it.
Credit Card Reconciliation:
You’ll collaborate with our Accounting Manager on Visa Reconciliation, a key aspect of our financial processes.
HEMP Licensing:
You’ll track HEMP licenses, ensuring we’re up-to-date with all regulations.
Team Player:
You’ll cross-train on various administrative tasks, ready to jump in and support your colleagues during vacations. What You Bring to the
Table:
Impeccable attention to detail and a knack for accuracy. Solid organizational and time management skills – you know how to keep things running smoothly! Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (you’re comfortable with spreadsheets). Experience with basic accounting principles is a plus! The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) and one year of related experience and/or training. Experience and/or training may be substituted for education diploma. Working proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Word.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have experience and the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word software effectively.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
