Responsibilities include:
Order Fulfillment Oversight:
Ensure all daily orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped.
Next-Day Shipping Compliance:
Proactively manage workflows and teams to guarantee all next-day orders ship on time without delay.
Operational Coordination:
Work closely with shipping carriers, customer service, and inventory control to ensure smooth operations.
Team Management:
Supervise warehouse staff, enforce accountability, and maintain productivity standards.
Quality Control:
Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments and uphold packaging standards. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction through reliable and on-time order delivery.
