Warehouse Inventory Coordinator Employer Solutions Services, Inc. Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018 We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Coordinator for our client in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing inbound shipments while maintaining efficient and compliant inventory control. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory systems, bonded freight handling, and warehouse procedures. Duties Receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, condition, and proper labeling for storage. Utilize Magaya software and WMS/ERP systems to log shipments, update inventory, and generate reports. Verify shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure accurate and complete records. Coordinate inbound and outbound freight—including bonded shipments—with warehouse staff, drivers, and office personnel. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and prompt resolution of discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) and support overall warehouse workflow. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and bonded warehouse and customs regulations . Experience 2+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations (preferably with bonded freight). Proficiency in Magaya software for inventory management and reporting. Experience with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Familiarity with shipping documents, invoices, and warehouse best practices. Forklift certification ( required ). Bilingual in English & Spanish ( required ). Knowledge of customs regulations and bonded warehouse procedures .
