Warehouse Lead Supervisor Fufillment Hub 13449 NW 42nd Avenue, Opa-locka, FL 33054 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations within our 3PL distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of logistics, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that warehouse activities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high standards of productivity. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage team performance, providing guidance and support to warehouse staff. Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Utilize AS400 systems for tracking inventory levels and managing orders. Ensure proper training of team members on equipment operation and safety protocols, including OSHA standards. Implement best practices for warehouse operations to enhance efficiency in e-commerce logistics. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain mechanical knowledge and address any maintenance needs. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations within the distribution center. Skills Proven experience in a warehouse environment with a focus on team management. Strong knowledge of logistics processes and distribution center operations. Familiarity with AS400 systems for inventory management is preferred. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Understanding of OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role. Experience in e-commerce logistics is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
