Warehouse Operations Supervisor Employer Solutions Services, Inc. Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018 We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations in for our client in the production and distribution industry. This role ensures efficient, safe, and timely handling of materials, products, and shipments, while leading a team to meet productivity and quality goals. Responsibilities Supervise and guide a team of warehouse associates to achieve performance benchmarks, safety standards, and productivity goals. Monitor and optimize daily workflows by assessing equipment, personnel, and resources; proactively address process issues and foster interdepartmental collaboration. Partner with planning, distribution, and customer service teams to troubleshoot operational issues and uphold service commitments. Enforce compliance with all internal policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including order accuracy and warehouse efficiency; identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures. Support and implement continuous improvement strategies to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in accordance with company standards. Oversee team schedules, attendance, and performance reviews to ensure workforce effectiveness. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in team development and performance management. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic solutions in a dynamic environment.
