The Opportunity As the Warehouse Team Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of daily warehouse operations—guiding your team, ensuring smooth workflows, and upholding safety and compliance standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining order, driving efficiency, and fostering a high-performing team environment that keeps everything moving on time and on point. Duties and Responsibilities Manages all warehouse activities in support of logistics operations including but not limited to receiving, storing, picking, repacking, and dispatching shipments. Ensures accurate and timely warehouse receipt preparation and task order completion. Checks outgoing documentation and verifies accuracy before releasing shipments. Anticipates, identifies, and resolves customer and/or carrier issues before/or as they occur. Enforces established safety guidelines; promotes a safe workplace. Resolves internal and operation problems on a diligent and business efficient manner in order to prevent service deficiencies and/or customers’ dissatisfaction Reviews, analyzes, modifies, and implements efficient and effective department processes, policies, procedures and KPIs to improve work. Prepares and presents operational reports as required by management. Provides management with timely reviews of department operational status and progress. Trains, supervises, motivates, and develops team members; manages schedules and workflow. Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinate team members; actively works to promote and recognize performance. Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions. Provides relevant and timely information and fosters open communication Encourages teamwork and group achievement Maintains confidentiality and fosters a respectful work environment Helps resolve workplace conflicts Organizes and assigns work to achieve objectives Involves staff actively and appropriately in planning, decision making and problem solving Establishes and clearly communicates realistic performance expectations Documents agreed upon goals, objectives, achievements, problems and concerns Encourages staff to seek feedback from multiple sources Identifies performance improvement needs and supports employee learning and development Qualifications Three years’ experience in the warehouse. Forklift certification Experience with Magaya software is preferred. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and safety guidelines. Exceptional customer service during the work all time. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Proven leadership skills Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate subordinates.
