Full-Time, Weekend Shift Filter King LLC, a growing manufacturer of high-quality air filters, is seeking a hands-on Weekend Shipping Manager to lead our Friday-Sunday operations. This role is perfect for a proven leader with experience in high-volume small package shipping and strong ShipStation skills. Responsibilities:

Lead all weekend shipping activities, focusing on accuracy and timely delivery of small-box shipments. Supervise and mentor weekend warehouse staff to maintain a productive and team-oriented environment. Manage order processing and label printing using ShipStation . Track inventory and shipping materials to avoid shortages or delays. Ensure compliance with all company policies and shipping regulations. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce shipping errors. Work with other departments to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish & English) required Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping or logistics leadership role, preferably in high-volume small-package environments. Proficient with ShipStation . Proven team leadership and staff management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and quality standards. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Available to work Friday through Sunday , including occasional off-hours if needed.
