Full-Time ________________________________________ About the Role Silk Road Tranz is seeking a reliable and safety-driven Driver Coaching Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for using Samsara telematics to monitor driver behavior, coach drivers on safe driving practices, and enforce our Safe Driver Behavior Enforcement Policy. If you have professional driving experience and a passion for fleet safety, we want to hear from you.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities

• Monitor driver behavior and safety events using Samsara telematics.
• Conduct driver coaching sessions to address unsafe driving habits and encourage improvement.
• Enforce the company’s Safe Driver Behavior Enforcement Policy consistently and fairly.
• Provide safety performance insights and recommendations to management.
• Support continuous improvement of fleet safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and safety incidents.
• Assist Fleet Manager with Maintenance functions.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new drivers on safety expectations and telematics tools.
• Track and analyze safety KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. ________________________________________ Qualifications
• Prior professional driving experience required (CDL a plus, but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with Samsara or similar fleet safety/telematics platforms.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Solid understanding of DOT safety regulations and compliance standards.
