Overall responsible for leading and running the Delivery process at the project level to meet the needs put forth by

CNPM & PM.

This person will also be responsible for coordinating with all relevant stakeholders as needed (procurement, Transportation, shipping , CNS, Customs) via Teams, emails, and recurrent calls on a daily or weekly basis. Manage and report to the Deputy Director & Project Director, on the status of the CTST List Day to day will include executing the receiving process where the dispatcher provides delivery numbers for shipments that are ready to be picked up, and this person will then: Pull from SAP A9B numbers, Part description , Sales Order number Input A9B numbers into the PGA tool to export the Customs requirements Input all the above information into the Customs SharePoin t Tracking Sheet (CSTS) that Procurement and Customs will use to clear shipments . Prioritize and ensure all the material/equipment/ tools (imports) get cleared to support CNS works. Accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping documents (Material number, description, quantity). Checks incoming goods’ documentation and provides/stores/shares the information if required, as needed. Captures relevant data in data processing systems. Arranges the acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods in the storage area and records them in the appropriate systems. Organizes regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area. Assembles delivery documentation out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness and accuracy. Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods. Completes transports inside and, if applicable, outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation. Deliver a full range of services in a defined and focused technical or administrative area of work, while clear input/output relations and generic and /or work-specific guidelines, procedures are given or available. Positions need a basic level of theoretical and practical know-how, skills, and typically some level of related years of experience, in specialized processes. In an Administration Position, operates major parts or the full spectrum of dedicated specialized standard software packages such as SAP.
