www.carrierenterprise.com SUMMARY The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising/coordinating unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, picking and staging of OB shipments. As a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor, this position will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers (HVAC contractors, Dealers, internal associates, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse Supervisor Supervise and assigns tasks to Warehouse Associates based on business need and customer priority. Supervises the performance of all tasks involved in the shipment, requisition, and storage of materials, supplies and equipment into and from warehouse. Coordinates product flow within current location and the region. Improves workflow processes to increase productivity, ensures work force safety and manages warehouse inventory. Verify IB/OB paperwork with drivers Ensure IB/OB shipments are accurate and free of damage Maintain discipline in use of forklifts (maintenance, speed control etc.) along with safety of all equipment Maintain safety focused environment and encourage “zero recordable incident/time loss” Provide mentorship and talent development for

Warehouse Supervisor High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy PC skills and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience Current Forklift certification Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
