Duties include but not limited to overseeing shipping, container receiving, packaging among other responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Handle warehouse day to day operation to achieve an efficient warehouse.
• Monitor workplace performance and take initiatives to improve employees performance.
• Train new employees on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate’s manpower requirements by increasing or decreasing personnel.
• Assist workers in solving work problems.
• Adheres to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
• Work with warehouse staff to improve individual and group performance.
• Cross train team members.
• Ensure timely and efficient movements of product within the facility.
• Oversee the picking, packing and shipping of orders out of the facility.
• Ensure the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the warehouse.
• Work with manager to ensure that all records and reports regarding warehouse activity are prepared on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

• Minim High School Diploma/GED. Must have stand-up Reach Truck experience and Certification
• Three or more years of warehouse supervisory experience
• Must be able to lift, bend, stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong Excel and other computer skills. Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
• Must be a team player.

Required experience:

• Minimum 3 year’s experience.
• Apparel background preferred.
• Forklift experience Mandatory.
