Role:

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving results? We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping. In this role, you’ll ensure performance targets are met, maintain a safe and clean workspace, and motivate your team to excel in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee Operations Manage inbound/outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. Promote Safety & Efficiency Champion workplace safety and ensure the proper use of materials-handling equipment. Lead the Team Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates to support individual and team growth. Maintain Inventory Accuracy Safeguard stock integrity and help reduce shrinkage. Collaborate Across Teams Partner with buyers and operations teams to address issues like stock shortages and damages. Drive Continuous Improvement Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline workflows.

High school diploma or GED required ✅

Experience:

Previous warehouse management experience, especially in inventory control and distribution ✅

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities ✅

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ✅
