Position Overview:

We’re seeking a smart, detail-oriented Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator to manage our inventory systems and perform daily warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll seamlessly transition between managing inventory software and engaging in hands-on tasks like packing and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate stock levels, reorder supplies, and ensure the inventory system is up to date.

Warehouse Operations:

Assist with packing, shipping, and maintaining an organized, safe workspace.

Product Management:

Oversee product updates on our BigCommerce platform.

Collaboration:

Work closely with customer service and suppliers to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Auditing & Reporting:

Perform inventory audits and create reports to enhance operational efficiency.

Supplier Relations & Purchasing:

Maintain relationships with vendors and oversee the purchasing of supplies.

Adaptability:

Stay flexible in a dynamic environment, where priorities may shift daily.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse logistics. Strong attention to detail, ensuring the smallest discrepancies are caught before they become larger issues.

Accountability & Ownership:

You take pride in the quality of your work and see tasks through to completion. Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally). Experience with inventory management software and Google Workspace. Communication skills that allow you to collaborate and problem-solve effectively across departments. Adaptability to changing priorities in a small, fast-paced team.

Preferred Skills:
