Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator to manage the day-to-day logistics and inventory needs of our apparel business. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfillment Operations Manage, pack, and ship daily orders accurately and on time Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workspace Monitor fulfillment timelines and address any bottlenecks proactively Inventory Management Track inventory levels and restock supplies as needed Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy Organize incoming and outgoing merchandise Logistics Coordination Drive to our local vendor in Miami to pick up apparel.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in fulfillment, inventory, warehouse, or small business operations Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Comfortable navigating Miami for pickups Strong attention to detail and time management skills Self-starter with a can-do attitude who takes initiative Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and remain active throughout the workday Why Join Us?
