PM Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team in Clearwater. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team of 10-15 employees, and ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. This role reports directly to the Production/Warehouse Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate daily activities and workflow within the warehouse to meet production goals. Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures and best practices. Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment and shipping procedures. Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment. Collaborate with the Production/Warehouse Manager to implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required, with a leadership role preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example.
