The ideal candidate will have experience in managing warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams, particularly in construction-related projects. Familiarity with industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, ProCore, Primavera, Prolog, and HeavyBid is highly desirable. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Supervise and train warehouse staff to optimize performance and productivity. Utilize software tools like Bluebeam and ProCore to manage project documentation and workflows effectively. Collaborate with project managers to coordinate logistics for construction sites, particularly pipeline projects. Analyze warehouse metrics to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries using systems such as Primavera and HeavyBid. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure operational readiness. Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and practices. Familiarity with industry-specific software including Bluebeam, ProCore, Primavera, Prolog, and HeavyBid. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to warehouse operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of using an ohmmeter for equipment maintenance is a plus.
