Warehouse Supervisor Ultra-Look Corp 4860 Drane Field Road, Lakeland, FL 33811 Job Summary Ultra-Look Corp is a family-owned and operated chemical manufacturing company. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service in everything we do. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing, filling, boxing, order pulling, and shipping of our products in a timely and accurate fashion. Duties Oversee daily operations of both the manufacturing and distribution center to ensure seamless production and delivery processes. Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Lead and manage cross-functional teams across manufacturing and distribution departments. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies. The position will report directly to the warehouse manager Train, develop, and coach employees. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations. Direct responsibility for maintaining warehouse equipment, ensuring they are clean, safe, and operational. Ensures health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment Ensures shipping fills orders in a timely manner. Requirements Excellent leadership, supervision and team-building skills, with a focus on motivation and performance management. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with the team. Over , with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Forklift experience Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
