The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and safely. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of warehouse associates, manage materials handling, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations while maintaining high standards of productivity. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular inspections of equipment, including forklifts, to ensure proper operation and maintenance. Implement best practices for materials handling to enhance productivity and minimize waste. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on warehouse operations for management review. Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within a distribution center environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse management. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards in the workplace. Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and workflow processes.
