We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Sarasota, Florida. The Shipping Supervisor will oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensure inventory control and supervise a team. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, monitoring warehouse activities, handling forklift operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the Shipping Supervisor will interact with customers and address any shipping issues promptly. Qualifications Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control Strong Supervisory Skills Proficiency in Forklift Operation. Excellent Customer Service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Bilingual in Spanish is helpful, but not necessary. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, or similar environment is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory control practices. Experience operating forklift. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications helpful. Customer service experience.
