The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse processes, ensuring that all activities are performed efficiently and safely. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization Track inventory of stock materials and purchase orders (POs) Manage and assist in preparing deliveries for jobsites Review incoming materials and ensure complete and accurate dispatch of requested supplies Load and unload deliveries, store materials properly Respond to supervisors and support their material needs Submit daily reports of received materials Monitor inventory levels and alert when supplies are running low Follow safety guidelines and warehouse best practices

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse operations (preferably in flooring or construction) Proficiency in using computers and Excel Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus) Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fast learner, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills Join our team as a Warehouse Lead, where you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse while leading a team dedicated to excellence.
