Friday Working Hours:

7:00am to 5:00pm (with overtime and weekends as needed) Are you an experienced Shipping and Receiving Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and drive efficiency in our logistics operations? We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and oversee our shipping and receiving department.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of shipping and receiving associates to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate the timely receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments. Oversee the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols. Train and mentor new team members to enhance their skills and performance. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and inventory.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications a plus. Proven experience in shipping and receiving, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
