Overnight Warehouse Lead Supreme Staffing Jackson, GA 30233 Connect has partnered with our client seeking a Line Lead in Jackson, GA.

Appreciation & Compensation :

$19.00 hr, Health, Dental, Vision Insurance.

Shift Days:

Sunday-Thursday ,8:30pm-5:30am Job Summary The Line Leader is responsible for ensuring that the production line is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule. Provides effective training to the line new hires and ensures safety and quality standards are always maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with supervisor and other line leaders to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met.
• Ensures the build quality and product usage is correct to meet productivity and financial metrics.
• Responsible for the safety, quality and line efficiency of each production runs.
• Communicates BPR about the assembly process
• Executes and coordinate employee training of the packing industry to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all quality requirements.
• Uses basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of the line.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions.

Required Experience & Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-5 years Warehouse Experience
• Must have a basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Previous managing in a production environment preferred
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, time restricted environment
• Possess high professional ethics, dependability, good judgment and ability to take decisive action
• Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
