Shipping/Receiving Coordinator Nejoum Express 42 Artley Road, Savannah, GA 31408 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Coordinator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receiving process of our vehicles, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining an efficient workflow. This role is crucial in supporting our shipping and receiving operations, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain. Responsibilities Manage the receipt of incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips. Oversee the unloading of trucks using equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks. Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored. Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and managing stock. Coordinate with the shipping department to facilitate timely order fulfillment. Collaborate with team members to improve processes related to shipping and receiving operations. Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and other departments. Problem-solving skills to address any discrepancies or issues during the receiving process. Experience using Google Sheets and Gmail.
