As a Working Lead, you will be expected to be in constant professional communication with customer management and unloaders/lumpers. Your primary role as Working Lead will be maintaining order and continued production on the floor throughout the day. It is necessary that you be the first and last on site each day, reliable transportation for this role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Start day by passing out the loads and getting the lumpers assigned to their loads
- Lead will be responsible for pre-shift/end of shift recaps
- Enter all loads into system.
