Warehouse Picking Lead Savannah Distributing C 2425 Gwinnett Street West, Savannah, GA 31415 Warehouse Picking Lead – Full-Time Family-Owned. Fast-Paced. People-Focused. We’re a family-owned and operated business looking for a dependable Warehouse Picking Lead to join our team. If you’re a self-starter with leadership experience, IT know-how, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, you’ll thrive here. Our warehouse moves fast — accuracy, teamwork, and efficiency are key. We value people who are reliable, easy to work with , and take pride in getting the job done right. Experience with Encompass Technologies and inventory systems is a big plus.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support a team of pickers in a fast-paced warehouse Operate forklifts or order pickers (experience preferred) Use Encompass for order tracking and inventory management Maintain high standards for safety, accuracy, and team performance Communicate clearly and problem-solve on the fly
What We’re Looking For:
Warehouse and team leadership experience Comfortable with warehouse IT systems, especially Encompass Forklift/order picker experience preferred Willingness to learn, improve, and support others Reliable, positive attitude — someone others enjoy working with
Hours:
