This role supports the Warehouse Manager in managing staff scheduling, reporting, and productivity metrics while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead warehouse associates to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor associate productivity and coach for continuous improvement and safety compliance. Assist with scheduling, reporting, and operational planning in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager. Manage inventory levels, track supply usage, and support cost evaluation and pricing. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and drive workflow improvements. Support floor-level troubleshooting of packaging projects and provide ongoing assistance. Maintain compliance in areas including payroll, injury reporting, performance reviews, and employee recognition. Foster strong relationships with peers, team members, and management across the organization.
