Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervising daily warehouse procedures and protocols Overseeing order management to prevent missing or lost shipments Coordinating and managing temporary labor Creating and maintaining labor schedules to align with inbound/outbound loading Operating the Yard Hustler to assist with trailer and container movements on site Leading efforts to maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment Managing inventory control and 3PL reconciliation Additional Requirements 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (required) Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision Comfortable working with labor scheduling, inventory systems, and safety protocols Ability to operate a Yard Hustler Strong organizational and communication skills
